The First State Community Bank in Conway is open after an accident over the weekend.
Mary Hess of First State Community Bank said a car slid pulling into the parking lot Sunday morning and struck  the building. The impact broke a window and caused minor damage to the building’s exterior.
“We immediately got on the scene and boarded it up,” Hess said. “So we’re open for business, we’re assessing the damage and waiting for the insurance,  there’s no interruption of service.”
She said no one was in the building at the time.
“We’re fortunate that no one was working,” she said. “No one was hurt or anything and we will have regular banking hours. There is no disruption of service at all.”
