Plans for a coffee house at 351 South Adams are in question, but the rezoning of the property continues.
The Lebanon City Council voted Monday to give first reading approval for plans to rezone the property from residential to neighborhood commercial. The council plans to vote on a second reading at a future council meeting.
The owner of the property was incorrectly identified in an article on the rezoning in Wednesday’s Record. The property has not been sold and Jennifer Craft says her family still owns the house and property.
