Luthy pleads not guilty


Thomas Luthy Jr., 80, of Lebanon pleaded not guilty Tuesday to two counts of first-degree sexual misconduct and one count of second-degree sexual misconduct.
Luthy, a former principal and assistant superintendent in the Lebanon School District, was accused of exposing himself in two incidents last year and in another this spring of inappropriately touching a 17-year-old boy.
