Survey: Citizens concerned with traffic flow, congestion

Lebanon city residents are concerned about traffic flow and congestion, but happy with the service they receive from city employees, according to the results of a survey commissioned by the City Council.
Robert Heacock of Spark Management Consultants and ETC Institute of Olathe, Kan., presented a summary of the survey results at Monday night’s City Council meeting.
Heacock said the level of satisfaction with city employees was impressive, ranking 24 points above the national average.
