Cleveland, Windsor, Whittington and Graves also teamed up for for a state consideration time in the 200 freestyle relay, missing the school record by just under one second.

Sophomores Greg Keen, Ayden Carr, Trysten Pressly and Reed Danek also had outstanding times for the first meet of the year, according to Krev.

He metioned he wants the team to just enjoy swimming.

“My goal for these guys is to have a love for swimming when they have graduated here,” he said. “I don’t necessarily set team goals for them because it is an individual sport, so I am hoping every meet they improve their times, and they carry on a love for swimming for the rest of their lives.”
