Comments by an area pastor who served as a Stoutland School Board member prompted death threats and caused a worldwide uproar on social media this week. In a sermon posted online, Pastor Rick Morrow of Beulah Church near Richland, said autism is caused by “demonic” forces. The story has been reported on local television news and in the Kansas City Star, the Daily Mail, published in London and the Jerusalem Post in Israel.
