Belva Kay Skinner, 67, of Buffalo, was born March 29, 1955, in Cushing, Okla. and died Wednesday, March 13, 2024, in Buffalo. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2024, n the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Burial will be in Stoddard Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to help with the funeral cost. These can be made out to Brandon Skinner.
