Belva Kay Rodgers-Skinner, 68, of Buffalo died Wednesday, March 13, 2024. She is survived by three sons, Brandon Skinner and wife Robin of Purcell, Okla.; Bradley Skinner and wife Mary Ann of Rocky, Okla.; Brian Skinner and wife Teena of Coldwater; one daughter, Briscia Pittman and husband Tyler of Buffalo; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Leonard Atherton. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2024, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo. Burial was in Stoddard Cemetery.
