The Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce is making plan for its annual banquet Feb. 29 at the Cowan Civic Center.
Events will be in the foyer area where the Wall of Honor is displayed.
From 5:30 to 6 p.m., people are encouraged to walk around, mingle and drink at the cash bar.
