The First Assembly of God put on their Easter Pageant, “Prepare the Way”, last Friday and Sunday. Friday’s performance saw both a large turnout and a donkey in the parking lot, though it was to act in the play.
Pastor Bryan Beittel spoke briefly before the play’s start, giving a few words on the play.
“Prepare!” followed the biblical life of Jesus from his baptism to his resurrection. The cast featured actors young and old dressed in costumes designed for the era.
