A Conway man who threatened another driver in a road rage incident pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to illegally possessing a firearm. William J.W. Duval, 29, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge M. Douglas Harpool to being a felon in possession of a firearm. Duval remains in federal custody pending a sentencing hearing, which has not yet been scheduled. By pleading guilty Duval admitted he was in possession of a Smith & Wesson 9mm semi-automatic pistol on June 19, 2019, according to press release from the Office of the United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri.
