Cynthia Lynn Kuhn, 59, of Lebanon, died Friday, May 15, 2020.
She is survived by her two sons, Rama Rhoads of Fort Hood, South Korea, and Justin L. Rhoads of Lebanon; two brothers, Edman Cyr and Hack Cyr, both of Lebanon, as well as five grandchildren.
