Dixie Lee Banks, 85, of Waynesville, a United States Marine Corps veteran, died Monday, March 11, 2024, in the Phelps Health Hospital of Rolla.

She is survived by three children, Bill Banks (Lora) of St. Roberrt, Chris Banks (Denise) of Republic, and Michael Banks of St. Robert; eight grandchildren, Meagan Kut (Eric) of Marlboro, N.J., Cody Banks of St. Robert, Leslie Banks of St. Robert, Nicole Banks of Republic, Christopher Banks of Republic, Ashley Pool of St. Robert, Sydney Banks of Springfield, and Matthew Banks of St. Robert; several great-grandchildren; one brother, Billy Miller (Vergena) of Waynesville; several nephews, other relatives, and friends

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2024, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert. Burial with military honors will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery of Waynesville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2024, in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dixie Banks and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
