Farmer's Market pavilion bid approved

The Lebanon City has approved an agreement for construction of the new Farmer’s Market pavilion.
The Council voted Monday night to enter into an agreement with True Construction, which submitted the low bid that has been reduced through design changes to $264,316.
City Administrator Mike Schumacher said bids were first opened Nov. 5.
