Five more Wall of Honor recipients had their plaques added to the Lebanon Wall of Honor at the Cowan Civic Center for the November 7 ceremony.
Beverly Miller Keltner, Glenda Mott and Tom O’Neil gave acceptance speeches while Glen Wrinkle’s son and a representative for John Lingsweiler spoke about these deceased recipients.
Keltner was introduced by her children, Lindsay and Eric, and recognized both for her 20 years as an educator at Lebanon High school and for her 13 years of community work with the American Red Cross and other many other groups.
