Four candidates are now seeking the Republican nomination for Eastern District Commissioner in the Aug. 6 Republican primary election.
The City of Lebanon’s Assistant City Administrator and City Clerk Laina Starnes has filed for the position.
She joins Adam Fries, David Miller and the incumbent, David Layman, in seeking the Republican nomination for the job.
