Lady ‘Jacket tennis scored a 5-4 win against the Willard Tigers on Sept. 18.
This brought their season record to 8-4.
“It was a great night for tennis, and two teams that are having great seasons went head-to-head. The kids played great and pulled out a hard fought 5-4 win,” coach Ron Crowell said.
In addition to the win, the team also celebrated is seniors.
“It was our senior night, and we also got to honor a fantastic group of seniors that have led us to a great deal of success,” Crowell said.
Seniors Kelsey Daugherty, Destiney Stokes, Brooklyn Arthur, Carly Miller, Bailey Lowrance, Adali Hendrix, Amelia Norris and Mary Oberdieck were recognized.
