Herbert Earl Houser, 92, of Richland died Sunday, May 14, 2023, in his home.
He is survived by his wife Joan Houser of the home; four children, Christopher (Jeanette) Houser of Shawnee, Kan.; Korene (John) Robinson of Independence; Frederich (Gail) Houser off San Clemente, Calif.; Blaine (Phyllis) Houser of Fayetteville, Ark.; nine grandchildren, Justin (Briana) Houser, Devin (Carleigh) Houser, Ashley (Nathan) Conway, Megan (Van) Robbins, Jared (Mallory) Robinson, Ryan (Krystal) Robinson, Tanner Robinson, Jake (Jennifer) Houser Madisynne Houser, and three step-grandchildren, Tammy Butcher, Tommy Butcher and Debbie Lyman; 16 great-grandchildren, Jaxson Houser. Bennett Houser, Michael Houser, Ephraim Conway, Huxton Conway, Kiera Holland, Cael Holland, Wyatt Robinson, Luke Robinson, Sadie Robinson, Everly Robinson, Brooks Robinson, Emma Houser, Isabelle Houser, Alyson Houser, and two step-great-grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Jackson McCleary, plus numerous foster children.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 26, 2023, in the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Robert. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, 2023, in the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery of California. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday, May 26, in the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Robert. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Herbert Houser and may be let at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert or at the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church.
