A Laclede County Jail inmate was discovered dead of an apparent suicide in his solitary cell Monday night, according to the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office.
The inmate, William J. Binns, 22, of Lebanon, was found dead in his cell at about 4:15 p.m. by a detention officer. The Sheriff’s Office says Binns died from “an apparent suicide by hanging.”
