James “Arlie’’ Parrack, 74, of Buffalo, died Friday, May 15, 2020, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
He is survived his brother, Leonard Floy Parrack of Elkland; a half-sister, Judy Desmond and husband Greg of Manchester; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
