A Lebanon man was hurt in a single-vehicle crash at 9:35 a.m. Friday on Pine Tree Drive, two miles east of Lebanon.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jason A. Humphrey, 48, the driver of a northbound 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe travelled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and a fence.
