The construction of a new gym at Maplecrest could be delayed by 30 to 60 days.
At the Feb. 12 meeting of the Lebanon R-3 School Board, the board learned of the delay from Kristi Beattie with Sapp Design and L.D. Curran, project leader with Bales Construction Company, the general contractor for the Maplecrest project, during an update on the Maplecrest construction.
Curran told the board of a delay he was facing that would push the projected mid-March date for receiving the pre-cast panels.
