The Springfield woman accused of shooting her former son-in-law and his new wife in Phillipsburg in November is set to be back in court on Jan. 6.
Beckie Stalder, 44, was charged with two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action in the Nov. 14 shooting of James and Ashley West. It is alleged that Stalder followed the couple from Marshfield, wrecked her car into theirs when they exited the interstate at Phillipsburg and proceeded to shoot both of them multiple times before fleeing on foot.
