Lebanon’s new Nelson Park is taking shape and is still on track to open in April of next year.
Parks Director John Shelton said the project needs a few days of good weather to continue the current progress, but construction but should be completed by next spring.
“Obviously we’ve got a lot of winter to get through and you never know what can happen, but we’re at a point now where if we can just get a couple more good weeks of good weather spread out, we’ll make great headway,” Shelton said. “We should make our April deadline without any problems.”
