Plaster plans to develop land on south Jefferson

Posted

For years, it was the location of the Empire Gas Company on Jefferson west of Walmart. Later, that building was razed and the property was left vacant.

But now, Steve Plaster has new plans for the nearly 10 acres of land, according to Ken Coleman, marketing sales director for Evergreen Investments.

It will be called Empire Marketplace.

“He’s getting ready to put it on the market and develop it. It’s roughly about nine and half acres that’s arguably the most prime property in Lebanon,” said Coleman.

At this point, the road that will go through the property has been roughed out and Coleman has ordered the signs that will go on the property.
