Richard William Victor Hess, 71, of Lebanon, died Monday evening, Feb. 24, 2020, at Ozark Rehab. in Osage Beach.
He is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Hess-Brown and her husband Rodney of Lebanon; Stephanie Walker and her husband Daniel of Sedalia, also three grandchildren, Cheyenne, Gene, and Anna.
