Roy Rankin Rader Jr., 83, of Ava, was born June 29, 1940, in Webster County to Roy Rankin Sr. and Ula (Davis) Rader and died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023. He is survived by a sister-in-law, Peggy Rader; sister, Janie (Davis) Hightower; and brother, Marty Rader. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, at Immanuel Lutheran Church at Rader, under the direction of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to DOCO Inc. or Hospice Compassus and left in care of the funeral home.
