The Lebanon City Council Monday night recognized Police Chief Bryan Arnold on his retirement after four years with the city. Mayor Jared Carr presented Arnold with a certificate of appreciation. Lt. Matt Wright presented Arnold with a meritorious service award. Carr said Arnold had a “profound impact” on the department and the city over the past four years. For more on this story, see the LCR.
