William “Bill’’ Joseph Scruby, 75, of Lebanon, was born Aug. 27, 1947, in Kansas City to Joe and Nelda March Scruby and died Saturday, July 29, 2023, in Lebanon. He is survived by his wife Margaret of the home; a son, Samuel Scruby and his wife Rhonda of St. Robert; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mike Scruby and wife Jill, and Tom Scruby. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Pastor Matt Stowe officiating. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. until service time also on Friday at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. Memorials have been suggested to the family of Bill Scruby for expenses, and may be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, P.O. Box 948 or 1001 N. Lynn, Lebanon, Mo. 65536.
