A Phillipsburg woman drowned over the weekend while attempting to cross a low water crossing on the Osage Fork of the Gasconade River on Auburn Road, a mile and a half north of Rader in Laclede County.
Kristi L. Yates, 53, of Phillipsburg, was discovered deceased Saturday after her vehicle was found at about 1:05 p.m. in the river.
