Allen Harley Adkins II, 63, of Richland, died Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Mercy Hospital Lebanon.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Scott and her significant other, Jake English; his son, Cody Adkins and his wife Alexis; a stepdaughter, Amy Vaughn and her husband Phillip and a stepson, Keith Coffey and his wife Amy.
Services will be private under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
