First State Community Bank is offering a Downtown lot to the City of Lebanon as a possible park location. The lot is located between Larry’s Barber Shop and the CenturyLink building in the 100 block of Madison Street. Steve Hite, chairman of the Downtown Business District Advisory Board and Market President of First State Community Bank, said it the city is willing to accept the lot, they would like to see it developed into a pocket park for the use of citizens in the downtown area.
