Cameron Wayne Cromer, 45, of Lebanon, died Thursday, June 9, 2022, in Dallas County, Mo.

He was born Feb. 2, 1977, in Columbia, Mo. to Claudie Jr. Cromer and Jeanette (Mizer) Beerman.

Cameron was preceded in death by his grandparents.

He attended school in Lebanon and graduated with the class of 1995. In August of 1995, Cameron entered the United States Navy and proudly served our country until his honorable discharge in August of 1999. He was a decorated soldier and proud of his service time. After leaving the service, Cameron became an LPN. Mostly recently, he was a welder, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He loved hunting, fishing, and working out. Most important was time spent with his family.

Cameron was an active and faithful member of Lifepoint Church, where he served in various capacities and as part of the safety team.

He is survived by one son, Grady Cromer and his wife Gracie of Diamond, Mo.; one grandson, Luke Cromer, also of Diamond; his mother, Jeanette Beerman and her husband Brian of Lebanon; his father, Claudie Jr. Cromer and his wife LaRue of Sedalia,; two brothers, Travis Cromer and his wife Melissa of Conway, and Mark Pugh and his wife Dorothy of Lebanon; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, one nephew; other relatives and countless friends.

A funeral service for Cameron Wayne Cromer will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Lifepoint Church, 195 N. Washington Ave., Lebanon with Pastor Kelly Rhoades officiating. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park with military honors by the United States Navy, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon. Visitation will also be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 13, at Lifepoint Church.
