Carl Wayne “Duke’’ Burns, 72, of Camdenton, was born, Oct. 22, 1952, in Decaturville to Tom and Ivah Lucille (McGuire) Burns and died Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
He is survived by his wife Bertha of the home; his daughter, Mandy Burns of the home; two sisters, Jackie Sluss and her husband James of Linn Creek, and Dorthaia Ripley of Eldridge; a sister-in-law, Stanley Stidham of Montreal; and an adopted granddaughter, Sophia Hernandez.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton.
