Carolyn Ann Johnson, 74, of Lebanon, was born Feb. 2, 1951, in Des Moines, Iowa to Robert Lee and Dorthea June (Ellis) Smith and died Tuesday, May 6, 2025, in Springfield.
She is survived by one son, Mark Johnson and his wife Angela of Springfield; two daughters, Melissa Drennon of Lebanon and Viva Ford and her husband Jess of Springfield; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.
Her body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
