Case Knife to honor DeLores Shadel

The Case Knife Celebration at Shepherd Hills Factory Outlets will recognize DeLores Shadel with a knife designed in her honor. She and her husband T.J. founded Colonial Funeral Chapel and she was active in the business for more than 60 years. The celebration will be held 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7 at Shepherd Hills Factory Outlets. Rod Reid of Shepherd Hills said around 4,000 people usually show up for the annual event.
