The Lebanon City Council Monday night approved a resolution to provide economic benefits to a developer for two projects, an apartment complex and future construction at the former H.D. Lee plant site.
Lebanon city staff member Kathy Milliken said Bryan Properties, a Springfield property management company, is planning two major developments in Lebanon. The first is a 216-unit apartment complex on the southwest side of the city near the Middle School.
"This development represents an estimated $40 million into the Lebanon community," she said.
