Sales tax receipts for the area are up some over last year, according to the latest figures.
Laclede County Presiding Commissioner Randy Angst said the most recent numbers for June show a slight decrease over the previous year.
“In 2021, in our general revenue fund, we received $295,302,” he said. “In ’22 our numbers were $274,000.”
