According to a public hearing notice published by the city, two requests related to the project will be heard by the city’s planning and zoning commission at 6:30 p.m. June 20.  The commission will consider a request to replat the 1st Railroad Addition, Block 21 to the Lee Factory Subdivision and a request for a conditional use permit at 200 East Commercial Street for new multifamily housing. The hearing is open to the public and comments will be accepted.

Jela Dilber, vice-president of Capstone Development Group, said they are planning a mixed use project with 48 housing units and some commercial space on the ground level.
