Dorothy Mae Wortmann, 87 of Waynesville, Mo., passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, in her home in Waynesville.
She is survived by one sister, Jo (Carnitz) Bower of Bryan, Texas; two biological daughters, Johanna Wortmann; Rebecca (Wortmann) Price; one adopted daughter, (biological granddaughter) Noelle (Price) Stanley, and husband, Steven; three great grandchildren, Maelee Stanley, Rylee Stanley, and Bailee Stanley; Neice, Jana (Hendren) Boston; and one nephew, David Hendren.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2025, in the Trinity Lutheran Church located at 4795 Mo. – 94, St. Charles, Mo. Burial was in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, 1027 S. 64 Street, St. Charles, Mo.
Visitation was held from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2025, in the Trinity Lutheran Church located at 4795 Mo. – 94, St. Charles, Mo.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dorothy Wortmann to the Trinity Lutheran Church or Nori Logistics (in memory of a legacy project) and may be left at the funeral services or locally at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert.
