FRANCES “ELAINE’’ MASTERS

Frances “Elaine’’ Masters, 94, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021, in Webb City Health and Rehabilitation Center in Webb City, Mo.

She was born Oct. 11, 1927, in Dakota City, Neb. to Irmand F. and Ella Mae Hackett Beaubien.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Billy D. White; and two sisters, Betty Shelby and Evelyn Hamm.

She was born and raised in Nebraska and Iowa and then moved with her family to Oklahoma where she graduated from Oologah High School. She then made her home in California for awhile where she lovingly raised her children and also was a devoted homemaker to her family. In the 1990’s she moved to Lebanon where she made her home. Later, she relocated to Webb City, Mo.

Frances was a member of Southern Heights Christian Church in Lebanon.

She is survived by two sons, Robert White and his wife Eileen of Bernice, Okla., and Richard White and his wife Terri of Sioux City, Iowa; two daughters, Tina Little and her husband Dave of Anacortes, Wash., and Cheryl Silkotch and her husband Steve of Anza, Calif.; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for Frances Masters will be private and under the care and direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park in Lebanon.
