Hawkeye John Arthur McDougall, 71, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021, in Lebanon.
He was born Feb. 19, 1950, in San Francisco, Calif. to John and Mary McDougall, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include neighbors and friends.
