Heather Dawn Arends, 49, of Lebanon, Missouri died Friday, January 3, 2025, in Lebanon.
She was born June 20, 1975, in Springfield, Missouri to Jackie Joe and Patty Kay (Blackwell) Cunningham.
On August 6, 1994, she was united in marriage to Jason Arends.
She is preceded in death by her Grandpa and Grandma Cunningham, Grandpa and Grandma Blackwell, aunt, Sue Schuster, cousin, Bridget Cunningham, and special family friend, Kenny Barker.
Heather is survived by her husband Jason Arends; parents, Jackie Joe and Patty Kay (Blackwell) Cunningham; one son, Donavon E. Arends; two daughters, Elizabeth Jewel Arends (Joshua Nutter), and Cynthia Jade Arends; one brother, Tim Cunningham; one grandchild, Leo William Kenneth Arends, special family friend Darlene Barker, dear friend and confidant, Sara Jordan; other relatives and many loving friends.
Funeral services for Heather Dawn Arends will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Randy Nutter officiating. Burial will be in Fort Leonard Wood State Veterans Cemetery at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2025.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
