The in-development emergency call center reached its official substantial completion date on Wednesday, with the exception of the elevator. The decision came after a meeting between the county and its contractors, a joint walkthrough, and punch lists.
Presiding Commissioner Randy Angst noted that while there are some minor issues and fixes to make, the center is largely complete.
