Jerold Rex McCown, 79, of Lebanon, died Monday afternoon, Jan. 17, 2022, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
He was born Sept. 18, 1942, in Oklahoma City, Okla.
On Nov. 20, 2007, he married Twila Janiece Glines Miller.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Jerold grew up in the White Deer/Amarillo, Texas area. He worked as a truck driver and in manufacturing plants which built military artillery.
He followed the Christian faith.
Survivors include his wife Twila McCown of the home in Lebanon; two sons, Jerold R. McCown Jr. of Albuquerque, N.M., and Robert McCown of White Deer, Texas; his daughter, Tammy Armstrong of White Deer, Texas; his two stepsons, Matthew Allen and Mike Allen, both of Lebanon; a number of grandchildren; as well as a brother.
All services for Jerold Rex McCown will be private and under the care and direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
