If you feel like you have seen this story before, it is probably because you have. The Lebanon High School girls’ wrestling team continued to do what they have always done in years past — perform well under pressure in big moments. With 282 team points, the Lady ‘Jackets secured their fourth-straight district championship, besting second-place Nixa by 124 points (158 total points) and third-place Belton (146 total points) to win the Missouri District 3 crown on Monday night at Raymore-Peculiar High School. “I’m really proud of the girls, especially to see these seniors win their fourth district title was great,” head coach Matt Neely said. “Not a lot of wrestlers can say they were part of a district title team, but our seniors experienced it four times. All the girls put in a lot of time in the practice room to reach the success they have.”
