Thursday evening was a special one at Bowlmor Lanes, for several regulars at the alley, along with the owner, Troy Popielarz, presented Lebanon Courage organizer Errin Budolfson with over $5,000 in donations.
“This is wonderful, this is amazing,” said Budolfson.
Lebanon Courage is the local chapter of Special Olympics, and it organizes teams for bowling, bocce, and basketball for those with special needs. After volunteer Mark Collins reached out to Popielarz for rates on reserving lanes, the owner offered to cover shoe rental and lane costs for the team.
