The Lebanon High School boys’ cross country team placed third at the Ozark Conference meet on Saturday afternoon at Inman Elementary in Nixa. The ‘Jackets finished with a team score of 93, finishing behind first-place Kickapoo (18 points) and West Plains (51 points). “I am super proud of our boys’ group,” head coach Josh Smith said. “It was good for our team to get to experience where our state meet will be. We had some great competitors all day and are excited to see how the rest of the season goes.” Lebanon senior Peter Stunja earned All-Ozark Conference second-team honors with a time of 16:57.78, missing first-team honors by just 13 seconds.
