Lebanon is a 'seller's market'

Lebanon Board of Realtors president says house prices are up and inventory is down

An influx of people relocating to Lebanon area tells the story of the city’s real estate market in 2021. Ramsey Stewart, president of the Lebanon Board of Realtors, said he is seeing this throughout the area with more people relocating to the Lake of the Ozarks area. Stewart says this is part of a national trend. The Lebanon housing market is currently seeing less inventory and increased prices, according to Stewart. “It’s still a pretty good time to buy and sell,” he said. “As a seller, you can command what you want and you have the leverage. You just have to understand what you’re buying and selling.” For more on this story see Wednesday's LCR.
