Loral Edward Stice, 85, of Evening Shade, died Friday, Dec. 3, 2021.

On Feb. 6, 1954, he married Barbara Faye (Feighner).

After Loral gave his life to Christ in the early 2000s, at Roby Baptist Church, he and Barbara spent several years serving the Lord together at their church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Barbara; brothers Vernon (Leona) Stice and Charles Stice; sisters, Dorothy and Rose; two grandsons, Jimmy Stanton and Ken Maddox.

Survivors include five sons and their wives, Edward Lee (Joan) Stice, Danny Joe (Shirley) Stice, Scott Dale (Paula) Stice, Lonnie Dean (Star) Stice, and David Wayne Stice; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; eight brothers, Bob (Arlene) Stice, James (Judy) Stice, Otho Ray (Ulla) Stice, Rex (Cindy) Stice, Rick Stice, Randy (JonE) Stice, Donnie (Julie) Stice, Larry (Raenelle Smith); five sisters, Debbie Shefferd, Linda (Mark) Catlett, Patty (Jim) Frazier-Murphy, Virginia Ernst, Judy (Arlo) Agee; one sister-in-law, Leona Stice; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Loral Edward Stice will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 2021, at Roby Baptist Church.

Burial will be in C T Smith Cemetery, under the direction of Evans Funeral Home of Houston.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday at Roby Baptist Church.

Memorials have been established to C T Smith Cemetery or Gideons.
